Cheer Participation Application...The participation fee for cheer is $40. Pop Warner Football divisions are organized by age. CFL does not set and cannot change the rules established by Pop Warner national. The Grand Traverse YMCA League in which we participate offers two age divisions as follows: Junior PeeWee, ages 8 to 10, and Junior Midget, ages 10 to 12. Age determination is based on the childs age as of August 1, 2005. Parent / Guardian Approval... I / We, the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the above applicant do hereby give my / our consent for this student to participate in the CFL Pop Warner Football League football program under the guidelines established by Pop Warner, Grand Traverse YMCA and CFL. I / We will not hold Pop Warner, Grand Traverse YMCA, CFL or any of its sponsors, supporters, officers, directors, coaches, teams or anyone connected with this activity, responsible for any claim including but not limited to injury, which the above applicant may incur while participating in this program. I / We promise that I / we will save such persons harmless from claims which may be made against one or more of them from any claim, including but not limited to injury, which the above applicant may incur while participating in this CFL program, and I / we realize that CFL relies on my / our above promise in accepting the above application in the CFL program.
