PLEASE NOTE THAT the Junior PeeWee division for Cadillac is full. No additional Junior PeeWee applications will be accepted for the 2008 season. Junior Midget players are still being accepted.

NOTE: The Grand Traverse YMCA has taken over background checks this year. We will no longer be using the CFL PWFL form and no longer doing an online registration for volunteers. Please go to the forms page and print a copy of the Volunteer Applicaiton Form. Turn this form in to Brian Priddle. It will be forwarded to GT YMCA to complete the background check process. Thanks.
